1. deactivate your moon-panel
2. try to use your bs-fusion-panel on the right site
3. let see whats happend ...
the bs-fusion-panel ist (at last) only:
echo "<center>$secsys_panel</center>\n";
its easy, simple and without errors ... its unbelievable, thats the panel makes your portal corrupt.

Before reporting this problem here, I disabled and enabled all other panels, except the nav panel. I even changed that from the css nav panel back to the old style nav panel.
No change...
When I disabled only the SecSys panel, everything was ok. So I decided to report it here.

I tried it on the left side and on the right side. Same result. Only when I enable it as lower center panel, it seems to be ok. (I have set it now as lower-center panel)

I agree. Unbelievable that a simple panel with only an image can mess-up a page.
But that's the only thing I can conclude.
As I said before, I'm lost here....
sorry ... cant help ....
I think its more easy, if you but this graphic in your theme-footer, or in an own panel (maybe you try a own panel with the important content) and try again ...
Or you work without the secsys panel ....
